Barker Financial Pty Ltd (CAR No. 1317193) is a Corporate Authorised Representative of AFSL Holdings Australia Pty Ltd (AFSL No: 460 940).
We act on behalf of the AFSL holder in providing services to you.
Services We Are Authorised to Provide
We are authorised to provide general financial product advice and deal in the following classes of financial products to retail and wholesale clients (as defined under the Corporations Act 2001):

We do not provide personal financial product advice. Any advice is general in nature and does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs.

It is your responsibility to confirm we have received your instructions. You must review all statements and trade confirmations upon receipt and notify us immediately of any errors.
Other Disclosure Documents
Where we recommend or arrange for the issue of a financial product, you will usually receive a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) from the product issuer or an Information Memorandum (IM) from the Investment Manager. This will outline product features, risks, and costs.
We do not issue Statements of Advice (SOAs) as we do not provide personal advice.
Fees, Commissions & Other Benefits
We may charge:

- Management fees (e.g. subscription access, adviser-assisted fees)

- Brokerage/transaction fees ($50 per trade or 0.5% of trade value whichever is greater)

- Referral/stamping fees from capital raisings or IPOs (0–6% typically)
Employees may be remunerated via salary, performance bonuses, or a share of commissions.
Associations & Relationships
We may have relationships with affiliated brokers, research providers or product issuers. These do not influence the advice we provide, but may create a conflict of interest which will be disclosed to you where relevant.

Compensation Arrangements
Our AFSL holder maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance that meets the requirements of s912B of the Corporations Act and ASIC’s Regulatory Guide 126.
Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your data may be used for compliance with AML/CTF laws, to deliver our services, and for marketing (where you consent).
